Ahmeeha, a postal worker in the biggest port city of the Empire, is trying to help the local police out by patrolling the streets with her postal worker partner, Mayrehn.

During a routine patrol they discover a murdered human girl and the search is on to find the killer.

What they don't expect are the tragic results of their investigation, or the drastic change it causes in both their lives.
